I am an organisational psychologist with a financial background. I understand that employees are the heartbeat of any organisation, however without the appropriate financial management the organisation is unable to reach its objectives. Therefore, I aim to incorporate interventions that not only address the well-being of the workforce, but also aim to enhance the bottom line. I work from the premise that satisfied employees are more engaged resulting in increased profits.
